.Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko.

[anime]

synopsis:
The story revolves around a highschool boy named Niwa Makoto. He lives with his aunt’s family since his parents are away on business. It is there where he meets his mysterious cousin of the same age Touwa Erio — who happens to tie a futon mattress around her upper body and is a self-proclaimed alien. Her staple food is pizza. Erio had been missing for half a year and was found floating in the sea. She doesn't remember anything about what happened during that period of time, but she began to think that it was the act of an alien and wanders the neighbourhood wrapped in the futon.

i view:
it is true that this anime has one of the best art (drawing and coloring) i've ever seen. the characters look awesome most especially the female characters where you can't help but notice that almost all the characters have distinct lips and blush. haha.

as for the story, i've finished the anime without really knowing what the point of the story was. nevertheless, it was still interesting to watch as each episode are cut at unexpected events and you just can't help but be curious of what's about to happen next. the characters are pretty unique as well. overall, i don't think it's one of the bests but it was good enough for me to stick onto watching 'till the end.

.the girl who leapt through time.

[jmovie]

synopsis:
Quirky high school student Akari Yoshiyama (Riisa Naka) suddenly attains the power to leap through time after accepting a request from her sick mother to meet someone (in her mother's behalf) in a specified time. Everything gets out of hand when she mistakenly travelled to the wrong date and misses the opportunity to do so.

i tried searching for the movie because i saw the subbed trailer at youtube and got curious with the story. it's a nice movie. although not as spectacular as i expected it to be, i can't say i wasted my time watching either. ending could be a bit better but i don't know. i guess there's an anime version of this one too? i'm not sure though because whenever i search for the title, i also get tons of links for the anime.

.seto no hanayome.

[anime]

synopsis:
Nagasumi visits his grandmother near the sea during the summer. While visiting, he goes for a swim, and drowns right after entering the water. Fortunately for him he is saved by a young mermaid. Later as he tells the story to his family, a young girl named San appears at his home and begs Nagasumi to marry her. She’s followed by two large thugs and they take both him and his parents to San's home under the sea. If that wasn’t strange enough, it turns out San's parents are mob bosses. Nagasumi is left with the choice of either death or marrying San. He chooses to marry a mermaid. This would likely be that, except San's father and some members of the mob are not exactly thrilled to have Nagasumi courting San and are determined to bring an end to their relationship--or him. And there is also the matter of keeping it a secret that San is a mermaid.

i view:
This is the type of anime where anything can happen. It has interesting characters, clearly deviating from the usual mermaid stuff you read about or watch. It's full of comedy and scenes would really make you crack up.

Yes, you've heard it right.
Dream High is one of the bests!
It not only has a nice cast, the story was well written as well!
In addition to this, the song selection was great!
Once you start, you just can't stop!
Haha! It has drama, comedy, romance, shool...
You name it!
It also has nice lessons within the stories.
This is definitely, without a doubt, highly recommended.

my opinion:
Okay, so I have been to 2AM's Meet and Greet in Resorts World Manila.
Out of all the boy groups I have seen and heard, I have to admit that they have the best voices ever. Truthfully, they could be one of the most talented groups ever.
Don't get me wrong. I don't look down on other groups.
I am actually a fan of a lot of idol groups.
I just think 2AM is a group with notable talent.
Aside from 2NE1, I don't think I have ever heard other full-length albums over and over again. I remember when 2AM released their album, Saint O' Clock.
I immediately listened to it and I just fell in love with it.
They're a ballad group so most of their songs are slow.
If you personally know me, you'd know how I like to listen to upbeat dance-able songs.
I guess 2AM is an exception.
Even if I don't search for the translation of the songs, I'd still know the feelings the songs are trying to convey because 2AM sings with emotions.
My mom doesn't even have any idea about 2AM before but when she heard the song I was playing (Even if I Die, I Won't Let You Go), she stopped, listened and got curious as to who they were. Ever since then, she became a fan.
She always tell other people how their songs touch her heart even without knowing what the lyrics were.

Moving on with my rambles, I saw 2AM last week (Thursday and Saturday).
They sing live greatly and they are without a doubt very nice to fans and everyone.
I've also seen them perform I Did Wrong so yeah, they can dance too.
They all look great too!
I am so proud just to be their fan.
I suggest you guys listen to their songs too.
And if their album is available in your country, please support them and buy their albums.
Saint O' Clock is sold at PHP 650 here in the Philippines. And yes, it comes with a limited poster. It's super worth it. If you can, it would be great if you could buy the Korean versions to help boost their sales. Just make sure it's Hanteo counted in Hanteo charts, okay? I assure you. 2AM is a group worth supporting.
Seulong is my favorite but Jokwon, Changmin and Jinwoon are all amazing.
As I end this post, here's a video I took in Resorts World.

This is them singing "Like Crazy" live. This is one of my favorite songs.
My ultimate favorite is "You Wouldn't Answer My Calls", followed by "I Did Wrong".
"Like Crazy" is easily my 3rd favorite, followed by "Even if I Die, I Can't Let You Go".
Other songs by 2AM that I like is "A Friend's Confession", "LOVE U, HATE U" and "WITH OR WITHOUT U".

Personally though, I think all their songs are worth listening to.
I vow that I love 2AM not just because they look great but because they truly are idols full of talents! To end this post, let me just say that I am IAM.

[anime movie]

synopsis
The story takes place from December 16 until December 24, a month after the cultural festival. The SOS Brigade, led by Haruhi Suzumiya, make plans to have a nabe party for Christmas. However, on the morning of December 18, Kyon arrives at school and finds out everything has changed. Haruhi and Itsuki Koizumi are missing, Ryoko Asakura has mysteriously returned, Mikuru Asahina does not recognize him and Yuki Nagato is an ordinary human. Only Kyon is aware that everything is different, as no one remembers anything about Haruhi or the SOS Brigade.

i view:
This is a very interesting movie, as expected. I sure missed watching Haruhi and the gang. There were unpredictable scenes, of course. Not boring at all. Probably one of the best anime movies I've watched.

A story of a girl who loves Korean dramas and decides to go on a trip to Korea to attend her friend's wedding and a lonely guy who thinks the Korean drama craze is a joke. The two meet in another country and are forced to spend their vacation together. Both decides not to tell each other's name.

i view:
This is the 4th Thai movie I've watched and it's one of the bests. This would be my second favorite, next to Crazy Little Thing Called Love. This movie is so funny and light-hearted. I definitely recommend this movie for all those who enjoy watching romantic comedies.
